The four personalisation techniques

• Monogram Tag: leather tag with a metal frame, up to 3 hot-stamped initials (gold or silver foil, or blind). It fits backpacks that are prepared for it; with some models it is included. Also available in store.
• POP Tag: metal plate with up to 3 initials for every suitcase in the POP collection, special editions included.

• UV printing: text and artwork in colour with a UV finish, directly on the product, on suitable products (backpacks, small leather goods, accessories).

What to check before ordering

• Returns: under the FAQ the right of withdrawal is excluded for personalised products, meaning those on which a graphic mark was applied at the customer's request. Check initials, text and artwork in the preview before confirming.
• Timing: the work adds a step to order preparation. The time shown on the Make it yours page and on the product page at the moment of ordering is the one that applies: we do not repeat it here because it can change.
• Technique and material: laser engraving on leather is tone on tone and can vary in intensity; UV printing is in colour. Choose by the result you want, not only by the technique.
• Number of characters: tags take up to 3 initials; for sentences and dates you need laser or UV.
• In store: the page states that the Monogram Tag can also be personalised in Piquadro stores; embossing is listed as in store only.

When to choose another model

Can I return a personalised product?

Is the Monogram Tag included with every backpack?

No. The technical sheet distinguishes "personalisable tag included" from "prepared for the tag": in the second case the tag must be added. The table above shows it for each model.

Can I choose the font and colour of the initials?

For the Monogram Tag the Make it yours page offers gold foil, silver foil or blind embossing; for laser and UV print you choose text, artwork and, for printing, colours, with a live preview.
