Our DNA

Technology, performance, sustainability

Piquadro is a brand of work and travel accessories that are functional and high-performing, with a recognisable design: Italian creativity, a style that is informal yet professional. Customer satisfaction comes first: we pursue it through quality, innovation and service, and through the responsibility of sustainable innovation.

01Technology

Every detail, designed.

Every Piquadro product starts with careful design. The company has filed several patents for the technical and functional solutions it has introduced, and even the smallest detail is drawn by a team of designers who know and interpret the brand's values.

New solutions come from constant research into materials and trends, often with institutions and experts in sustainability, sport and other fields. Like the fingerprint lock on backpacks, clutches and trolleys, and Bagmotic, the line of tech accessories.

Bagmotic

Bagmotic is the platform through which Piquadro integrates electronics and smart features into its products: technology only goes where it adds a real function, and stays discreet in the design. Presented at IFA 2026 in Berlin.

02Performance

Put to the test, before you.

Before it travels with you, every product proves its strength in our laboratories. This is where WHY works: the robot that reproduces the wear, pressure and unpredictability of life on the move. It drops, drags, rolls and soaks products, again and again.

The same performance culture links us to motorsport: Visa Cash App Racing Bulls, Ducati and today the Audi Revolut F1 Team.

  1. Handles and straps: up to 1,500 mechanical stress cycles
  2. Wheels: hundreds of kilometres on a treadmill, on different surfaces and at different speeds
  3. Simulated rain and extreme temperatures
  4. Materials tested for abrasion, tearing, colour fastness and water repellency to ASTM and ISO standards

03Sustainability

Certified leather, recycled fabrics.

Our leathers are certified by the Leather Working Group, the independent international body behind the world's most widely used sustainability protocol for the leather supply chain, and are paired with recycled technical fabrics.

Since 2020 we have collections made entirely of recycled material. In 2022 the Group announced carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and 2, and the offsetting of emissions for a selection of products from Piquadro, The Bridge and Lancel (Scope 3).
