Manteinance of fabric part

To clean the fabric, we recommend you use a damp sponge with water and mild soap. Do not use soap or water directly on the product. Gently rub the fabric and then rinse with a clean damp sponge, then dab with a cotton cloth. Let the fabric dry while avoiding direct contact with sources of heat or sunlight.
We recommend that you pad the product well while it is drying to help it retain its original shape. If after cleaning slight marks or areas having a slightly different colour should appear, perform the procedure on a larger surrounding area to make sure the product has a uniform appearance. To avoid marks or discolouration, do not use chemicals or solvents of any kind. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Manteinance of bio-based material parts

Use a soft cloth dampened with water and gently rub the surface to remove dust and dirt. Avoid harsh chemicals. To treat stains, use a damp cloth with mild neutral soap, cleaning the affected area with a light circular motion. Then, use a clean cloth dampened with water to remove any soap residue.

Piquadro offers private customers a 24-month warranty on its products that covers any material and/or manufacturing defects. The warranty will be extended to 36 months if you have completed registration with the PQ-Club by completely filling in the form contained in the product tags, signing it and returning it to us.
Registration can also be done online, on the Piquadro website, in the My Piquadro section accessible by clicking the Login button at the top right of the home page.
Remember to authorise your consent to the processing of your personal data and then register your products filling the form "Register you product".

To minimize the environmental impact of the collection, Piquadro has also chosen sustainable materials for the product details, such as plastic components and zippers, made from recycled bottles, marine waste, and used clothing.
