The company was born in 1987 out of the perception of Marco Palmieri, the current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The headquarters is near Bologna where the new executive offices are located along with an efficient logistics base for the gathering and fulfillment of orders.

FAQ CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

The Board of Directors of Piquadro remains in office for three financial years, expiring on the date of the Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the last financial year. Directors may be re-elected. The current Board was elected by the Shareholders' Meeting on July 28, 2025.
The directors currently in office for three years and until the date of the Shareholders' Meeting that will be convened to approve the financial statements as of March 31, 2028, are:

Piquadro Group’s fiscal year ends on March 31 of each year. The Board of Directors reviews and approves the following Financial Reports: - Consolidated financial statements and Piquadro S.p.A financial statements as of March 31; - Quarterly Report on the first quarter as of June 30; - Financial Report on the First Half as of September 30; - Quarterly Report on the third quarter as of December 31. The Financial Calendar is announced to the market and published on our website.
