Using the online shop

How do I search for a product?
You can navigate the product catalogue by following the main menu of the website horizontally at the top of the website. The smart free search form, located at the top in the interface, recognisable by the magnifying glass icon, lets you perform a text search throughout the product catalogue based on the product's name and code. You can also refine your search using the filters proposed with the search result.
How do I purchase a product?
Once you have found a product to your liking, click it to go to its product sheet and you will see all the information on the item in detail. To add it to the shopping cart, click the "Add to cart" button. You will automatically be re-routed to the first page of the cart, where you can decide whether to complete the purchase or continue shopping by looking for other items. If you decide to continue your purchases, you will continue to see the image of the 'cart' (image of a stylised bag at the top right of the interface) with its content and the total value of your purchase. When you have completed your shopping, click "Go to Checkout" inside the cart to proceed with the order. If you instead want to immediately complete your purchase, log in if you are a registered user or register on the site if you have not yet done so. You can also complete your purchase without registration. You will be asked to select a shipping address and a billing address, and you will be prompted to choose one of the payment methods available in your country. Piquadro reminds you that payment is totally secure since the credit card data are protected from unauthorised access by encrypted transfer of SSL ('Secure Socket Layer') data that third parties cannot access. Lastly, after you have checked your transaction, the information on your order will be sent to www.piquadro.com and a thank you message will inform you that your purchase has been successfully concluded.
How many products can I buy?
There are generally no limits regarding quantity or amount. However, Piquadro may reserve the right to limit the purchase of some particular limited series products.
Does adding items to my cart mean I have to buy them?
Not at all. You can perform all the tests you want and then decide not to complete your order, even if you have put products into the cart.
What is the "promotional code", and how does it work?
The 'promotional code' is a coupon given to you to use for special promotions. The conditions for getting this code will be communicated to you in a special Newsletter on the occasion of special events. If you have one, all you have to do is enter the code in the field that you find on the order conclusion page. The discount will be automatically calculated and displayed.
When is the purchase process completed?
After having entered the data necessary for payment, you will be routed to the purchase confirmation page that contains the number and date of the order. A thank you message in the centre of the page will inform you that the purchasing procedure has been properly completed. Lastly, you will receive an email containing the details of the order you have forwarded and the confirmation that it has been properly acknowledged.
Order cancellation
After every step of the order has been confirmed, you can no longer cancel it, but you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days from receipt of the package. Piquadro reserves the right to cancel the order if it is impossible to verify the correctness of the information regarding the shipping address and the billing data. Piquadro also has the right to cancel an order it considers made with the intent of the purchaser to resell. If Piquadro cancels the order, you will naturally not be charged any cost.
Can I place an order from a country other than the country of destination?
Yes, it is possible to place an order from a country different from the delivery destination. In this case, prices, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes will be calculated based on the destination country of the goods, regardless of where the purchase is made.
What is the booking service?
We offer our customers the possibility to book items that are currently in production or that are out of stock and for which re-stocking is planned. When you order one of these products, your request is added to a waiting list so that you will be one of the first to receive it when it becomes available. The expected delivery dates are shown on the product page or when making the order. Please bear in mind that these items may be delivered before or after the expected date.
Is it possible to customize Piquadro products?
Yes, all products in the Personalize section can be customized. The available customization options are: Laser engraving: allows text to be engraved on leather products with an effect similar to branding, featuring clean, defined edges and a brown color that may vary in intensity depending on the leather used. Color printing: allows designs or text to be applied using a system similar to digital inkjet printing, ensuring clean and elegant color results.
How much does customization cost?
Piquadro product personalization services have different costs depending on the selected technique: Laser personalization: €8.00 Color or image printing personalization: €16.00

Shipping & Tracking

To which countries can I ship my order?
The shipping country and billing country may be different, but we can ship only to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The order will be processed within 24-48 hours after Piquadro has received it. Piquadro undertakes to ensure that you receive your order within 4-5 business days from order and payment confirmation (time estimated in most European countries). Please remember that the delivery time might be delayed in the case of holidays. Carriers do not make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs amount to € 9.00 for shipment by express carrier in Italy and Netherlands. If the amount of your purchase is equal to or greater than € 120.00, you are entitled to free shipment. The shipping costs amount to € 9.00 for shipment by express carrier in the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Sweden. If the amount of your purchase is equal to or greater than € 100.00, you are entitled to free shipment. The shipping costs amount to € 9.00 for shipment by express carrier in the following countries: Austria, Russian Federation, Finland, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia and Greece. If the amount of your purchase is equal to or greater than € 150.00, you are entitled to free shipment. The shipping costs are free in Germany. The shipping costs amount to € 20.00 for shipment by express carrier in Switzerland. If the amount of your purchase is equal to or greater than € 200.00, you are entitled to free shipment. The shipping costs amount to $ 9.00 for shipment by express carrier in the USA. If the amount of your purchase is equal to or greater than $ 200.00, you are entitled to free shipment. The shipping costs amount to £ 9.00 for shipment by express carrier in the United Kingdom. If the amount of your purchase is equal to or greater than £ 75.00, you are entitled to free shipment.
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my own?
The shipment can be made to an address other than that of the person who made the order provided that it is in the same country where the order has been completed. Register on "My Piquadro" by clicking the (LOGIN) button at the top right of the home page and enter the additional address in your profile. Or, if you are an already registered user, simply log in by clicking the same "LOGIN" button and entering your user name and password. Then go to the "Address management" section found in the top menu above the wording My Dashboard and add the new shipping address. When you make your purchase, you will be asked to select which address of the profile to ship to and you can choose the one you want. You can also add a new shipping address during the purchasing process.
Can I indicate a specific day and/or time for delivery?
It is not possible to indicate a specific day and/or time for delivery. All shipments are made through a carrier that makes deliveries throughout the day according to its own organisation, in which Piquadro has no power to interfere. You must therefore specify a shipping address where someone is always available to collect the package. If a person is not always at home to sign the delivery receipt, we recommend that you indicate a different shipping address, e.g. a home with a porter, an office, etc.
What do I have to do if the carrier found no one at the time of delivery?
The carrier tries to make two deliveries. After two delivery attempts have been made, the shipment will be placed in the DHL carrier warehouse on hold for up to 10 days at the most. You can contact the DHL Customer Care at the number shown on the notice that the carrier left in your absence during that time period and provide instructions for a new delivery or, as an alternative, notify that you yourself will pick up the package at the DHL reception desk closest to you.
How can I check the shipping status of my order?
You can check the shipping status of your order at any time by accessing your personal area in the Orders section. This service is available to registered customers who have logged into their account.
What can I do if my order does not arrive?
In case of non-delivery, we invite you to contact our Customer Service. You can do so by filling out the form on the Contact page: https://www.piquadro.com/pages/contact.

Payments & Billing

Which payments methods are accepted?
You can pay for your online purchase only by VISA, American Express or Mastercard credit card, or through the Paypal system, Scapaly (only Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal), Heylight (only for Italy) and Klarna.
When will my credit card be charged?
The amount will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed.
Can I request an invoice?
You can request the invoice at the time you place the order. You can enter the BILLING ADDRESS on the checkout page, and if you flag the COMPANY item, you can also enter your VAT number and Tax ID. Remember that you cannot request the invoice at a later time, but only at the time of purchase.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Our prices already include VAT. However, the price and VAT will be separate on the invoice you receive.
How long do I have to request an invoice?
Re-invoicing can be requested only by the end of the month in which the order is made.
What is Scalapay, and how does it work?
Scalapay is a loan that lets you make an order up to the maximum amount of €2.000, receive it immediately and pay in 3 instalments interest-free. After you have confirmed the data of the order, you will be asked to access your Scalapay account to complete payment. If you don't have one, you can create it on the Scalapay login page before finalizing your order. You will immediately be debited the first instalment (one-third of the total purchase value) at the time of purchase. You will be debited the next 2 instalments every 4 weeks. In the case of a return, the payment plan will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed the amount relating to the instalments already paid. Visit the Scalapay notice for more information.
What is Heylight, and how does it work?
Heylight is a loan that lets you make an order up to the maximum amount of €2.000 (minimum €60) , receive it immediately and pay in 5 instalments interest-free. After you have confirmed the data of the order, you will be asked to access your HeyLight account to complete payment. If you don't have one, you can create it on the Heylight login page before finalizing your order. You will immediately be debited the first instalment (one-fifth of the total purchase value) at the time of purchase. In the case of a return, the payment plan will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed the amount relating to the instalments already paid. Visit the Heylight notice for more information. Heylight is available only for Italian residents.
What is Klarna and how does it work?
With Klarna, you can split your purchase amount into 3 equal monthly installments with no interest. The first payment is charged at the time of purchase, while the next two are automatically charged every 30 days from the selected debit or credit card. You can also choose to pay after 30 days or in a single payment.

Security & Privacy

Are my credit card data protected?
In order to ensure utmost peace of mind, Piquadro uses a "secure payment" system. Your credit card data are protected because they are communicated directly to the bank. They are then routed by the bank through international authorisation circuits that return the transaction result and confirm whether or not payment was successful. In this way no one outside the credit institution that handles the payment (Monetaweb or Paypal) can have access to your card data. Moreover, protection is enhanced by using the most common security system for data encryption, SSL3 (Secure Socket Layer) with the 256-bit Triple DES algorithm, a recognised security standard on the web and issued by Verisign.
What happens to my personal data?
Piquadro is committed to making sure that your personal information remain safe and are not used improperly. To learn more about protecting your privacy, please visit the section "Legal aspects" within the FAQ section.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Can I return a product I purchased?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product, provided that it is intact, has not been used and is complete with the original packaging and product tag. If you have placed an online order, you can return it in its entirety or partly within 30 days from the date you receive the package, and the invoice amount for the product or products returned will be refunded, including the shipping costs. Also for Hong Kong and Taiwan, it is possible to ask for complete free return.
Can I exchange a product I purchased?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange the product you purchased online with another one. You have complete the procedures for making the return, and at the same time make another purchase on the online shop. If a product was purchased online, it cannot be exchanged at one of our stores.
How do I ship back a return for an item purchased online?
Please remember that the return can be shipped only from the country where the order was made and that the product must be intact and complete with the original packaging and product tag. It must not have been used. If you have purchased online, the procedures for returning a product are as follows: enter the "Online order return request" section from the Customer care menu in the Footer or by logging into your account via the Login button at the top right of the homepage, and enter in the "Refund" section. Then fill in the return form by selecting the items to be returned and the reason why you are making the return. Use the packing you have received to ship the goods to the Piquadro office address and make sure to close it properly. Only if the original packing is unusable may you use another box that has the same size and sturdiness. Damaged products will not be taken back, even if damage is due to inadequate packing and/or carriers. After you have entered the return request you will receive a confirmation from our customer service department, and only then can you proceed with the shipment. In case of a simple return, its shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipments made by means other than those indicated or at the recipient's expense will not be accepted. You cannot exchange the order item(s) with others.
Do I have to pay for return shipping for an item purchased online?
You incur no costs when returning your purchase if it is faulty. The return shipment and its re-delivery will be fully covered by Piquadro.
When will I receive my refund for a returned online purchase?
After we receive the returned item and have checked that the return operations are correct, we will send you an email confirming the return. You will receive the amount in the same manner in which you made your purchase after the return is approved. The value date of the refund depends on the credit card company with which payment is made, but it is usually within two statements. With Paypal, on the other hand, the refund usually takes a few days.
Can I return the customized product I purchased?
"The Consumer Customer acknowledges and expressly accepts that the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Italian Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 is excluded if customised and/or personalised Products are purchased. Those products, sold by the Seller, on which any type of graphic mark is stamped on them upon the Customer’s request are considered personalised."

Gift Cards

How to use Gift Card
To redeem a voucher the customer must follow the following instructions: 1) Enter the unique code received by e-mail after the purchase of the Gift Voucher inside the box "Discount Code or Gift Card" and click "Apply" 2) Up to the threshold covered by the voucher, the order amount will be zero and no payment will be required (the total amount of the voucher will be deducted from the value of the purchase). In the case of purchases exceeding the value of the voucher within the same order, the usual payment procedure will be activated for the excess amount. The voucher does not entitle to change and does not include shipping costs.
General terms and conditions for the use of gift cards
The Gift Card entitles you to purchase one or more Piquadro products through the online channel for a total price equivalent to that of the Gift Card. You can also purchase products with a higher price, it being understood that in this case you will have to pay the difference. Use of the Gift Card is subject to the following terms and conditions:
a) the coupon can be accumulated with other Piquadro discounts or promotions in progress e.g. sales);
b) the coupon does not entitle you to a balance;
c) the coupon must be used before and no later than the expiration date, one year after the purchase of the Gift Card. Failure to conclude a contract of sale of one or more products by the expiration date will make it definitively impossible to use the Gift Card and will not give you the right to have the relative amount newly credited, to a replacement reward or to any other type of indemnity;
d) the coupon cannot be converted into cash, cannot be split and is strictly personal.
Therefore, the coupon can only be used by the person to whom it is given and it cannot be transferred to third parties. It will not be possible to get any refund from Piquadro in the case of theft or loss. The sale of Piquadro products paid with the coupon is regulated by the General Conditions found on the website and that regulate the sale of online products.

Warranty, Repairs & Maintenance

What warranty does Piquadro offer on its products?
Piquadro offers private customers a 24-month warranty on its products that covers any material and/or manufacturing defects. The warranty will be extended to 36 months if you have completed registration with the Piquadro Club by completely filling in the form contained in the product tags, signing it and returning it to us. Registration can also be done online, on the Piquadro website www.piquadro.com, in the My Piquadro section accessible by clicking the (LOGIN) button at the top right of the home page. Remember to authorise your consent to the processing of your personal data.
What procedure should I follow to request a repair under warranty?
If you notice any material and/or manufacturing defects during the period of warranty, the damaged item can be returned at Piquadro's expense. Piquadro will then repair or, if necessary, replace the product. Before shipping the item, it is necessary to fill in the return for repairs request form through the website www.piquadro.com. This request must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice. Returns sent directly to Piquadro without an authorisation number issued directly by the Company will not be accepted. If the product is not covered by a warranty, the repair can still be made for a fee, provided that the part to be replaced is available. Piquadro will send you its cost estimate for approval. Shipping of the goods to the location to make the repair is the responsibility of Piquadro if the product is under warranty, the responsibility of the customer if it is out of warranty. Return to the customer's home post-repair is always borne by Piquadro. No out of warranty repair will be made without prior consent. Repair time varies, depending on the quantity of goods to be handled and the nature of the work. Repair under warranty is approximately made within 40 days from when Piquadro receives the item. For repairs not covered by warranty, on the other hand, the work can begin only when the Company receives written approval of the estimate sent. If the product is left with a Piquadro reseller, bear in mind that the repair might require more time and that the repair cost, if any, will be borne by the applicant. The automatic repair request procedure via the form on the site is active only for Italy; for requests from abroad, you can submit your request via email at assistenzaresi@piquadro.it.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Even though Piquadro products are made in compliance with strict quality standards and with the highest quality materials, they are not indestructible. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, accidents, abrasion, water, solvents, wear and tear and damage caused by carriers. The warranty does not even cover accidental damage such as breakage or loss of contents of a bag, loss of use or of time or other similar expenses.
What should I do if I want Piquadro to repair an item that is no longer under warranty?
If the product is not covered by a warranty, the repair can still be made for a fee, provided that the part to be replaced is available. Piquadro will send you its cost estimate for approval. No out of warranty repair will be made without your prior consent.
How long does the repair take?
Repair time varies, depending on the quantity of goods to be handled and the nature of the work. Repair under warranty is approximately made within 40 days from when Piquadro S.p.A. receives the item. For repairs not covered by warranty, on the other hand, the repair work can begin only when Piquadro receives written approval of the estimate that was sent to you.
How can I request spare parts?
To request spare parts, please contact our customer care department that will be happy to provide you with explanations and assistance.
Which products have a 5- or 10-year extended warranty?
For a selection of travel products, Piquadro offers an extended warranty of 5 or 10 years depending on the collection. All travel products that include the wording “5-year extended warranty” or “10-year extended warranty” in the product page are eligible.
What is the correct way to clean my Piquadro products?
We suggest you follow these simple tips for proper cleaning and to ensure that your purchase lasts for a long time. For manteinance and cleaning you can buy our Cleaning kit for leather and fabric.
How should fabric parts be maintained?
To clean the fabric, we recommend you use a damp sponge with water and mild soap. Do not use soap or water directly on the product. Gently rub the fabric and then rinse with a clean damp sponge, then dab with a cotton cloth. Let the fabric dry while avoiding direct contact with sources of heat or sunlight. We recommend that you pad the product well while it is drying to help it retain its original shape. If after cleaning slight marks or areas having a slightly different colour should appear, perform the procedure on a larger surrounding area to make sure the product has a uniform appearance. To avoid marks or discolouration, do not use chemicals or solvents of any kind. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. For manteinance and cleaning you can buy our Cleaning kit for leather and fabric.

Account, PQCLUB and Registration

Why should I register?
Registration is not required prior to the purchase, and it is not necessary in order to navigate the website. You can also make purchases without registering. However, registration gives you access to the My Piquadro section and its functions. You can see the real-time status of your orders online and record, save your shipping addresses and edit them. Piquadro also releases initiatives and specific promotions dedicated to registered users. Finally, if you decide to complete registration with PQclub, you will be able to take full advantage on the extended warranty from 24 to 36 months and gain access to private sales of the Piquadro temporary outlet.
What is "My Piquadro"?
My Piquadro is the section dedicated to registered users, inside which you can edit your personal data and save your address, check the status of your orders, access your order history and have gain access to specific initiatives and dedicated promotions.
How do I register?
To register, click the LOGIN button at the top right of the home page, then follow the steps by entering your information, confirming your acceptance of the statement of privacy policy and the general conditions for use, choose a username and a password, which will be the keys for personal access to the website and to the data on your orders.
What should I do if I have lost my username and/or password?
If you have lost or forgotten your access keys, enter "My Piquadro" by clicking the LOGIN button at the top right of the home page, click "Did you forget your Password?" and enter your email address. In a few minutes you will receive an email with a new, randomly generated password. The Piquadro shop stores passwords in encrypted form, so no one, including the customer care department, has access to your personal password.
Can I change my username and/or password?
You can change your password at any time by clicking the "LOGIN" button at the top right of the home page to enter the "My Piquadro" section, inside which you will find a menu, then click on "Edit password." The username cannot be changed and corresponds to the email address with which you registered.
Can I change and/or update my registration details?
You can easily change and/or update your registration data. Just click the "LOG IN" button at the top right of the home page to enter the “My Piquadro” section using the “Edit personal data” menu item, change the date you want and then click SAVE at the bottom right to confirm.
Can I check my previous orders?
You can check the history of your orders whenever you want by clicking the "LOGIN" button at the top right of the home page and logging into "My Piquadro". Then select the menu item "Order history" at the top.
What is the "PQclub"?
PQclub is the Piquadro community for which exclusive benefits are reserved. By registering with PQclub you can extend the warranty on your purchases to 36 months and you will have access to the private sales of the Piquadro temporary outlet.
If I am already a registered user of "My Piquadro", can I subscribe to "PQclub"?
Of course. To register with to PQclub as well, log into My Piquadro by clicking the "LOGIN" button at the top right of the home page, select "Edit personal data", and in this section you will find "Register with PQclub". It enables registration and enters your additional personal data.

Is there a customer service dedicated to the online shop?

How do I contact Piquadro Customer service?

Connequ and Piquadro App

How do I activate Connequ 4.0 Piquadro?
To activate the Connequ 4.0 device: 1) Turn the back cover counterclockwise to open it. 2) Remove the protective tab from the CR2025 battery. 3) Reinsert the battery correctly: the device will turn on automatically. 4) Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the Apple Find My app. 5) Select “Add new item” and bring the tracker close to your phone. When detected, tap “Connect.” 6) Choose a name and emoji to identify the device and complete the setup. The tracker will then be ready to be located via the Find My network.
How does the Connequ 4.0 device work?
Connequ 4.0 connects to the dedicated apps Find My (Apple iOS) and FindN (Android) to track the location of your item on a map. It sends notifications if the item moves too far away. It includes a removable CR2025 battery with a lifespan of 2 to 5 years and a small sound alert to help locate the item quickly. It helps you avoid losing your belongings by providing a simple and practical tracking solution.
What is Connequ 4.0 Piquadro?
Connequ 4.0 is a smart tracker designed by Piquadro that allows you to easily locate your personal items, such as keys or bags, via your smartphone.
How can I request the Connequ device?
You can purchase the connequ device in this section of the website. For different Piquadro items with a special tag inside the package, you can request and personalise with the use of a unique code in the Piquadro customization area, free of charge, your address tag with built-in connequ device online. To do so, you have to either download the connequ application from Play store (Android systems) or from App store (IOS systems), or request the device on your reserved area on the website www.piquadro.com. In both cases it is possible to choose from: - different colours for your address tag - different fonts in various sizes for personalisation.
How does the Connequ device work?
Connequ works just like an alarm. It activates your mobile phone ringtone if you forget your briefcase when you get off the train, if someone carries away your trolley while you are at the airport or if you drop your keys while out jogging.
How can I download and access the Piquadro App?
You can download the Piquadro App for both IOS systems on the App store and Android on the Google Play Store. To log in, you can use the same login credentials at piquadro.com, if you already have them, or create your own credentials on the site in the Account section or directly on the Piquadro App. Do you have an account created on the piquadro.com site before October 2, 2023? The site has been revamped, to log in you will need to reactivate your account and create a new password at this link.
What systems are compatible with the application and the Connequ device?
It works with IOS and Android systems.
How long does the Connequ device battery last?
The battery lasts about 6 months, and it can easily be replaced when it goes flat.
How can I request the Signo label?
If you have purchased a Signo, Signo2 or Wassily category product at the boutique, you can request a free leather label online. To do so, you have to be registered with PQ Club that you will find in the My Piquadro section, accessible by clicking the (LOG IN) button in the top right corner of the home page. After registering, select the PERSONALISE LABEL section and enter the alphanumerical code you will find on the metal label on the lining inside the bag. The correct format for entering the SIGNO label order is: SI [space] LL [space] 1111
How many days go by before I receive the Signo label?
The product is sent in 7 business days from the time the product is requested

Power Bank

How do you charge a power bank?
The power bank has an input port and an output port. The input port is used to charge the power bank, while the output port is used to charge your smartphone, cell phone, tablet, or any other device by using the power bank as a power source. All power banks come with a charging cable: a small USB-to-micro USB cable. This cable is used both to charge your smartphone and to recharge the power bank itself.
What is a power bank?

General contract conditions
1) General information The products presented on the e-commerce website www.piquadro.com are offered by Piquadro S.p.A., company registered with the Bologna Trade Register with tax code 02554531208 and VAT no. 02554531208. The registered office is in Silla di Gaggio Montano, Loc. Sassuriano, 246 (BO), Italy (“Piquadro”).The email address is piquadro@piquadro.com. The telephone number is +0039 0534 409001 and the fax number is +0039 0534 409090. Purchases made using the Internet on the e-commerce website are regulated by the Italian law and these contractual conditions, provided on the website when the order is made (“General Conditions”). Any dispute that may arise on the completion, interpretation and execution of a sale stipulated via Piquadro e-commerce will be referred to the sole jurisdiction of the Italian judicial authorities. 2) Users and Orders Only end consumers may use the Piquadro e-commerce website. End consumers are natural persons of age who act with purposes not concerning a business, entrepreneurial, artisan and/or professional activity carried on, and who fall within the definition of "consumers" contained in Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended (the “Consumer Code”). It is also understood that Piquadro may not process the order and/or may consider it ineffectual when there is no possibility to verify that the shipping address and invoicing information is correct, or if the order has been made for the purpose of re-sale, in which case Piquadro reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and with simple notification in writing sent by email. 3) Prices The purchase prices of the Piquadro products will be specific for each country from which the order arrives and will include any taxes due. Piquadro may apply special promotions to one or more products on the website that alter their prices. The essential characteristics of the products and prices are provided on the product sheet on the website, to which the user must gain access before executing the order. The images of the products might not fully match the actual products. 4) Shipments Costs for shipping the product will be borne by the user of the e-commerce service, and they will be explicitly indicated at the time the product is purchased. Piquadro undertakes to enter into a shipping contract with a primary company as the user's appointee, taking the conditions the carrier applies into account. The user: - may specify that the purchase be shipped to an address other than that of the account holder of the order and/or that specified for billing (however within the borders of the same country); - must specify a shipping address where someone is always available to collect the package. If someone is not at the address indicated for collection, an address other than that of residence where the required condition is met must be indicated; - Piquadro will normally process the order within 48 hours after receiving payment confirmation. The estimated time for delivery depends on the carrier selected. Once shipment has been made, Piquadro will also automatically send an email containing all information the user needs to track the order, including the direct link to the portal of DHL or the other carrier selected for immediate checking of the delivery status. In any case, Piquadro is not responsible for non-delivery and/or delayed delivery of the package if the collection procedure described above is not observed or if the customer has provided incorrect information; - if the items ordered are not delivered within 10 business days from the order confirmation data, the user may personally contact the Piquadro customer service department. The order status and/or shipment status will be verified through the shipping company. In any case, the products will be delivered in the shortest time possible and within the legal deadline (i.e., pursuant to Art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code, 30 days from the Delivery Date). In some circumstances such as, for example, sale or plant closing periods, delivery times may be subject to change. Piquadro cannot be held responsible for delivery delays not attributable to its fault or negligence. Therefore, Piquadro will not be responsible for delays due to force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, events relating to customs clearance procedures, or any other event relating to the provision of courier services or any other circumstance outside its control and/or that is unforeseeable. Should they fail to do so, the user cannot afterwards raise objections to the delivery, except for what is provided for in Art. 13 below regarding concealed defects and in observance of binding consumer protection legislation. 5) Filling in orders To finalise the purchase contract, the user has to complete the order procedure by filling in all sections on the website and confirm payment for the order on the website of the selected payment entity. It is understood that orders coming from countries other than those indicated and having characteristics different from those described above (in terms of quantity and shipping address) shall in no case whatsoever be accepted. 6) Instructions for filling in orders and information Before filling in the order, the user should go to the FAQ section where Piquadro's identity and address, including email address), shipping costs, all other information on executing the contract, right of withdrawal and methods and deadlines for returning the product if the right is exercised, and all the other information on the General Conditions. The user can store and/or print the General Conditions 7) Instructions for filling in orders and technical information The user may also go to the FAQ section where further instructions to follow for finalising the contract and on technical means to use to correct any errors before forwarding the order can be found. 8) Orders and Information Concise information on the product features, price, shipping costs, delivery method and payment for the product is provided during the order procedure. 9) Filling in orders and liability To finalise the purchase contract, the order procedure and payment on the website of the selected entity must first be completed. Both operations must be carried out following the instructions provided on the website. If due to a typing error or for any other reason the user does not want to complete orders in terms of characteristics, quantities and/or prices, the user should not complete the procedure. The user is responsible for the correctness of the information provided during the order and payment procedure, and Piquadro assumes no responsibility for "undesired" orders sent by error and/or by minors, and will execute them in compliance with the information provided by the user and may demand payment of the agreed-on consideration.If while filling in the order and finalising the contract the user should notice that the price of one or more products he or she plans to select for the next purchase is clearly lower than that normally applied, net of any discounts and/or promotions in effect at that time, due to an evident technical problem on the website, the user is asked to not complete the purchase order and to notify the above-mentioned technical error to Piquadro by sending an email to piquadro@piquadro.com. If the user has completed the purchase order and a product whose price is clearly lower than that normally applied, net of any discounts and/or promotions in effect at that time, due to an evident technical problem on the website: (a) if the user has not yet received the product, Piquadro will (i) cancel the order whose delivery will therefore not be made while at the same time sending a notification stating such by email to the email address the user specified when filling in and transmitting the order and (ii) refund the user payments made with regard to the cancelled order, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from cancellation of the order, using the same means of payment the user had used for the initial transaction; (b) if the user has received the product, Piquadro will promptly inform the user by email of the error that had occurred at the time the order was completed and will offer the user the alternative options of (i) paying Piquadro the amount corresponding to the difference between the correct price of the product and the incorrect price indicated on the purchase order before and no later than 5 (five) days using one of the methods of payment available, or (ii) cancelling the order following the instructions contained in the notification and returning the product to Piquadro at Piquadro's expense before and no later than 14 (fourteen) days, sending it to Piquadro damage-free and complete with all its elements and accessories (including the labels and tags unaltered and attached to the product), and with the enclosed instructions/notes/manuals, original wrappings and packaging and the certificate of warranty together with the return form, appropriately filled in, found attached to the email sent by Piquadro. If the user has selected the option described in foregoing point (b) (ii), Piquadro will refund the user the payments made in connection with the cancelled order, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, not after 14 days from cancellation of the order, using the same means of payment the user used for the initial transaction. 10) Filing of orders The order confirmation and relevant data are filed in the Piquadro electronic data bank for the period necessary for processing the order, and however for the period required by law. The user will be sent an order confirmation via email with all the reference data of the order. Registered users can also view these data in the My Piquadro section. 11) Finalisation of contract Lastly, the contract is finalised between the time Piquadro electronically receives the order confirmation and the time Piquadro receives confirmation of payment from the selected entity, subject to verification that the data entered are correct. Piquadro is entitled to refuse the order by notifying such by email within 2 days from its receipt, in the event of incorrect data or the forwarding of an incorrect and/or invalid credit card code to the selected entity. 12) Non-availability of products If the products displayed on the Piquadro e-commerce website are no longer available, Piquadro will notify any non-availability of products in stock within 30 days from the date the order is received. If the product price has already been paid, Piquadro will return the paid sum. In this case, Piquadro shall owe nothing by way of compensation for damages or any other right. 13) Legal warranty: Without prejudice to the provisions of Art. 4 above, Piquadro guarantees the final consumer against any manufacturing defect or any conformity defect of the products existing at the time such products are delivered to the final consumer and that becomes evident within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery. Articles 128 to 135 of the Italian “Consumer Code” (Codice del Consumo) apply to every order or contract placed. Piquadro recommends the final consumer to always keep a copy of the documents relating to the purchase of products, such as the order, invoice, delivery note, etc. Piquadro warrants the user that the products sold are not defective and that they comply with what is stated in the order and, therefore, in particular the products: - comply with the description provided on the website, have the product characteristics that Piquadro has presented and correspond to the quantity requested by the consumer at the time of ordering; - are appropriate for the purpose for which goods of the same type are normally used; - have the quality and the usual performance of a good of the same type, which the user can reasonably expect from it, bearing in mind the nature of the good. For technical reasons, Piquadro cannot warrant that display of the colours on the screen of the devices used to access its website will always be accurate, complete and up to date. Marginal differences, that do not affect the conformity of the product and the compliance with the above requirements, between the product description on the website and the actual characteristics of the same product will not be considered a cause of product non-conformity or manufacturing defect for the purposes of the order. In accordance with applicable law, the legal warranty covering the products sold on the website lasts 2 (two) years from the date the user (final consumer) receives the products. The rules set out in Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Italian Consumer Code apply to the sale of Piquadro’s products. Should a Product not in conformity be delivered, the user may request, without cost and expense to be borne by the user (i.e. free of charge), the restoration of the conformity of the products through, if possible, repair or replacement of the product. The repair or replacement of products shall be carried out within a reasonable period of time and without causing significant damages to the final consumer; in accordance with applicable law, the adequacy of such time frame shall be assessed on the basis of the nature of the products and of the purpose for which it was purchased. Given the nature of Piquadro’s products, Piquadro will do its utmost to repair, when required, or replace them, as quickly as reasonably possible. Should repair or replacement not be objectively possible (also in view of the nature of the non-conformity defect and of the eventuality that the alternative remedy may be carried out without significant inconveniences to the final consumer) and/or imply high costs for Piquadro in accordance with applicable law and/or the repair or replacement previously carried out has caused significant inconveniences to the final consumer, the user will be entitled to ask for a corresponding reduction in the purchase price or for termination of the contract (or order) and the refund of the purchase price and (if applicable) of the shipping cost. The costs necessary to ensure the restoration of conformity of products, including shipping costs, will be entirely borne by Piquadro. It being understood that Piquadro is liable for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery that become evident in the 2 (two) years following delivery of the products, the action aimed at asserting defects not intentionally concealed by Piquadro is, in any case, prescribed within 26 (twenty-six) months from the date of delivery, without prejudice to the final consumer’s right to assert conformity defects that have been promptly reported. The user shall notify Piquadro of any non-conformity of the products through Piquadro’s customer service, by sending an e-mail to customerservice@piquadro.it or by mail to the following addresses [•]. At the time of such communication, the final consumer shall provide receipt, invoice or other similar document attesting the purchase of the product and showing the date of the relevant purchase (in the absence of one of these documents, proof of purchase may also be provided by a witness present at the time of the sale). Unless proven otherwise, pursuant to applicable law, it is assumed that conformity defects which become evident within one year from the date of delivery already existed on that date, as long as this assumption is not incompatible with the nature of the products or with the nature of the conformity defect. Instead, from the day following the expiration of the twelfth month after delivery, the final consumer will have the burden of proving that the non-conformity already existed at the time of delivery or supply of the products. After having received the aforesaid notification from the user, Piquadro shall contact the user to directly agree on the method for collecting the products disputed. The simple receipt of the products by Piquadro after the activation of the above-mentioned procedure does not in any way entail recognition by Piquadro of non-conformity of the products insofar as a thorough inspection by Piquadro is necessary. Without prejudice to the above, the warranty does not cover damages caused by mistreatment of the products, misuse, accidents, water, solvents, wear and tear, damage caused by carriers and, in any case, damage arising from third-party factors and that are not attributable to conformity defects of the products existing at the time of delivery. The legal warranty set forth in this Article 13 is mandatory and, subject to terms and conditions set forth herein, shall not be excluded or limited nor, in any way, shall be affected by the conventional warranty, if any. The legal warranty is exclusively addressed to consumers. Therefore, it only applies to users who have made a purchase on the website for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity eventually carried out. 14) Conventional warranty: In addition to the legal warranty, in the event of a non-conformity of the products at the time of delivery, and provided that such defect is not due to the same causes that exclude the application of the legal warranty pursuant to Article 13 above, the purchaser who registers himself /herself with Piquadro Club in the manner set out below may exercise on the Piquadro’s products the conventional warranty provided by Piquadro itself as an alternative to and in addition to the legal warranty, by contacting the Piquadro’s customer service, to which the defect complained of shall be notified by e-mail to the following address: customerservice@piquadro.it . The conventional warranty, which lasts 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of purchase (i.e. 12 months in addition to the legal warranty referred to in Article 13 above), involves releasing the user's claim from the periods of limitation provided for by Art. 132 of the Italian Consumer Code, if applicable. The user will have the right to repair and/or replacement of the product and the relevant costs, including those covering transport, will be borne by Piquadro. The user may register with Piquadro Club – even after the purchase – by totally filling in, signing and returning the form in the product tag inside the Piquadro package. As an alternative, the user may also register online on the website www.piquadro.com , in the section socalled “Piquadro Club”, giving authorisation to the processing of personal data. The conventional warranty set forth in this Article 14 is cumulative, different and additional to the legal warranty set forth in Article 13 above and, therefore, neither replaces nor limits it in any way. 15) How to activate the additional warranty The additional warranty is given only after the defect is reported and after submitting one of the following documents to Piquadro, which are unavoidable conditions for gaining access to the service: warranty coupon inside the package with date of purchase confirmed by the reseller's stamp, receipt, invoice or e-commerce order code. It is necessary to totally fill in the specially provided request form and send it by fax or email to the Piquadro customer service department. The form must be accompanied by one of the documents listed above. Only after the requested documents have been properly and totally received will Piquadro issue a return authorisation number that the user must affix to the package with which the product is returned. In this case, the transport costs will be borne by Piquadro. Warranty claims submitted in another manner will not be accepted. If, then, the user is mistakenly admitted to the service, Piquadro may charge the user the transport costs borne. If the product arriving at Piquadro is not covered by a warranty because there are no compliance defects attributable to Piquadro described in point 13 above, the repair and/or replacement may however be carried out at the user's expense, provided the product is reparable and/or replacement is possible. In this case Piquadro will send a repair and/or replacement cost estimate to the user, which has to be returned to Piquadro by whoever is requesting the service by way of acceptance. No repair and/or replacement not covered by the warranty will be made without the prior consent of the person requesting it. The time required for repair and/or replacement varies, depending on the type of intervention and product availability. Repair under warranty is approximately carried out within 3 weeks from receipt of the product and/or, in the case of repairs not under warranty, from receipt of the user's approval in writing of the cost estimate. Repairs no under warranty will start only when Piquadro receives the approval in writing of the cost estimate sent by the user. 16) Payments Payment for online purchases made on the Piquadro website can be made only with a Visa - American Express - Mastercard credit card through the Setefi system, or through the Paypal system. The amount of the order will be debited on the credit car only at the time of shipment. Payment for orders is made outside the Piquadro systems (inside the Setefi and Paypal servers), so it is in no way the data controller or processor of the bank data or data of the credit card with which payment is made. 17) Withdrawal The purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with Piquadro within 14 business days from delivery of the products without any penalty and/or justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchaser must send a notice by registered letter with advice of receipt, in which he or she explicitly declares the wish to return the product(s) ordered within 14 days from the date the goods are received. The notice may also be sent by fax and/or email provided it is confirmed with registered letter with advice of receipt within the following 48 hours. In the case multiple products have been purchased, withdrawal may be exercised also for just some of them. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the user must return the purchased product to Piquadro at his or her expense by sending it to Piquadro within 14 days from the date the right of withdrawal is exercised. All goods must be sent to Piquadro's address. In order to be able to return the purchased products, they must arrive at the above-mentioned address in a perfect state of preservation. The product must be sent back with the original product packaging and with the product tag. To return the product, the steps listed in the return procedure must be followed. They are found in the FAQ section. Should withdrawal not be exercised with the methods set out above, Piquadro shall not accept the returned products and shall return the products to the user/customer without additional shipping costs. 17 bis) Exclusion of right of withdrawal for customised products and the Sartoria line Pursuant and consequent Art. 59 c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal, cancellation or return is excluded in the case of orders relating to products made to measure or clearly customised based on the choices made by the purchaser. 18) ReturnsThe purchaser is responsible for returning the products packed in the original box in order to prevent the goods from arriving at destination in a deteriorated condition. Only if the original packing is unusable may the purchaser use another box that has the same size and sturdiness. Return shipments made with methods other than those specified above, the only ones authorised, will not be accepted. Products cannot be returned following withdrawal with costs borne by the recipient. Once the return has arrived at destination, Piquadro will check the legitimacy of the return and once correctness of the operations has been checked, it will send the user a confirmation email. The amount paid will be charged back through the system with which payment was made. The chargeback usually is made within 14 days from when Piquadro is notified of the withdrawal and when Piquadro has received the product returned by the purchaser, whichever is later. 19) Disputes Every contract of sale finalised between Piquadro and the purchaser pursuant to these General Conditions will be regulated and interpreted in compliance with Italian laws, and with the Italian Consumer Code in particular. In any case, the right attributed to the purchaser by binding provisions of law in effect in the purchaser's country will not be affected. The purchaser is entitled to go to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (the European ODR Platform) to settle any dispute with Piquadro. Right of cancellation
The purchaser is entitled to withdraw from the contract entered into with Piquadro within 14 working days from delivery of the merchandise without being liable to pay any penalty and/or give any grounds. In order to exercise his right to withdraw, the user must send, within 14 days from receipt of the merchandise, a notice by registered letter with return receipt in which he expressly declares that he wishes to return what was ordered. The notice may also be sent by fax or e-mail provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the next 48 hours. If more than one product has been purchased, the right of withdrawal may only be exercised over some of them. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the user must return the merchandise purchased to Piquadro at his own expense, sending the seller the items within 30 days from the date on which the right is exercised. All goods must be sent to the offices of Piquadro S.p.A.. To return the goods, the products purchased must reach the above-mentioned addresses in a normal state of preservation. The product must be sent back in its original packaging and accompanied by the product card. When returning the product, the user must follow the steps indicated in the return procedure accessible through the FAQ -> Returned goods section. The merchandise must be packaged (at the purchaser’s expense) in the original box to avoid any damage during transportation. Only if the original box is no longer usable can a box of a similar size and strength be used. Consignments made using methods other than those described above, which are the only procedures authorised, will not be accepted. Merchandise cannot be returned upon withdrawal at the consignee’s expense. Once the returned goods have reached their destination, Piquadro will check them to ascertain whether they have been rightly sent and, once it has verified that operations have been completed correctly, it will send the user confirmation by e-mail. Amounts paid will be reaccredited through the system with which the payment was originally made.

D) Storage and transfer of personal data abroad Personal data are managed and stored in the cloud and on servers located inside and outside the European Union owned by and/or available to the Controller and/or owned by and/or available to appointed third parties duly appointed Data Processors.
