How do I activate Connequ 4.0 Piquadro?
To activate the Connequ 4.0 device: 1) Turn the back cover counterclockwise to open it. 2) Remove the protective tab from the CR2025 battery. 3) Reinsert the battery correctly: the device will turn on automatically. 4) Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the Apple Find My app. 5) Select “Add new item” and bring the tracker close to your phone. When detected, tap “Connect.” 6) Choose a name and emoji to identify the device and complete the setup. The tracker will then be ready to be located via the Find My network.
How does the Connequ 4.0 device work?
Connequ 4.0 connects to the dedicated apps Find My (Apple iOS) and FindN (Android) to track the location of your item on a map. It sends notifications if the item moves too far away. It includes a removable CR2025 battery with a lifespan of 2 to 5 years and a small sound alert to help locate the item quickly. It helps you avoid losing your belongings by providing a simple and practical tracking solution.
What is Connequ 4.0 Piquadro?
Connequ 4.0 is a smart tracker designed by Piquadro that allows you to easily locate your personal items, such as keys or bags, via your smartphone.
How can I request the Connequ device?
You can purchase the connequ device in this section of the website. For different Piquadro items with a special tag inside the package, you can request and personalise with the use of a unique code in the Piquadro customization area, free of charge, your address tag with built-in connequ device online. To do so, you have to either download the connequ application from Play store (Android systems) or from App store (IOS systems), or request the device on your reserved area on the website www.piquadro.com. In both cases it is possible to choose from: - different colours for your address tag - different fonts in various sizes for personalisation.
How does the Connequ device work?
Connequ works just like an alarm. It activates your mobile phone ringtone if you forget your briefcase when you get off the train, if someone carries away your trolley while you are at the airport or if you drop your keys while out jogging.
How can I download and access the Piquadro App?
You can download the Piquadro App for both IOS systems on the App store and Android on the Google Play Store. To log in, you can use the same login credentials at piquadro.com, if you already have them, or create your own credentials on the site in the Account section or directly on the Piquadro App. Do you have an account created on the piquadro.com site before October 2, 2023? The site has been revamped, to log in you will need to reactivate your account and create a new password at this link.
What systems are compatible with the application and the Connequ device?
It works with IOS and Android systems.
How long does the Connequ device battery last?
The battery lasts about 6 months, and it can easily be replaced when it goes flat.
How can I request the Signo label?
If you have purchased a Signo, Signo2 or Wassily category product at the boutique, you can request a free leather label online. To do so, you have to be registered with PQ Club that you will find in the My Piquadro section, accessible by clicking the (LOG IN) button in the top right corner of the home page. After registering, select the PERSONALISE LABEL section and enter the alphanumerical code you will find on the metal label on the lining inside the bag. The correct format for entering the SIGNO label order is: SI [space] LL [space] 1111

How do you charge a power bank?
The power bank has an input port and an output port. The input port is used to charge the power bank, while the output port is used to charge your smartphone, cell phone, tablet, or any other device by using the power bank as a power source. All power banks come with a charging cable: a small USB-to-micro USB cable. This cable is used both to charge your smartphone and to recharge the power bank itself.
What is a power bank?
A power bank is essentially an external battery, similar to those found in modern smartphone. It can be charged from a power source, such as a laptop’s USB port or a wall-mounted USB charger. Once charged, the power bank can be used to power a cell phone or other digital device when needed.
How do I charge the Piquadro Power Bank?
The Battery Pack recharges: - wirelessly when resting on and aligned with a compatible transmitter; - via cable with a wall power supply unit (5V 2A) through the dedicated micro-USB port. The LED flashes, turning on and off every second, during the Battery Pack charge. The Battery Pack also recharges when off (both via cable and wireless) IMPORTANT: - let the Battery Pack charge for at least 12 hours before using the first time and pairing it with the Piquadro Piquadro App the first time. You can check the status directly on the Piquadro Piquadro App for its subsequent charges. - do not let the Battery Pack run down completely with each use; charge it before the remaining capacity is completely depleted; - avoid charging the Battery Pack by cable and wireless receiver at the same time; - do not use the other functions (for example, do not charge a smartphone) while the Battery Pack is charging.
Are power banks compatible with all types of phones or devices? Which brands and models?
Yes. Power banks are designed for smartphones: they can be used with various adapters available on the market or with the cables that come with your phone.
How do I open the Piquadro belt buckle?
To open the Piquadro belt buckle, simply lift the small lever located inside the buckle. Once lifted, the buckle releases, allowing you to adjust the belt length or remove the strap. The mechanism is designed to be simple and secure, ensuring quick and practical adjustment.
Piquadro double-face belt: how does it work?
Thanks to its dual construction, you can use both sides of the belt and achieve two different looks with a single accessory. The rotating buckle mechanism allows you to flip the belt with a simple gesture and choose the color or finish you prefer, making it easy to match different outfits and occasions.
Piquadro TSA lock: what is it and how does it work?
The Piquadro TSA lock is an integrated lock designed for luggage that complies with TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations used in international airports. TSA locks can be opened by airport security agents using a master key without damaging the luggage, while you can open it and set your own 3-digit combination to protect your belongings. This allows you to travel safely without the risk of forced inspections.
How do I set the Piquadro TSA lock?
To use the Piquadro TSA lock, follow these steps on first use:
1) Press the two buttons next to the closure and move the red lever on the back, opening the internal zipper lining.
2) The default code is set to 000. Rotate the digits to set your personal combination.
3) Once you have chosen your code, return the red lever to its original position to save it.
The lock is now ready to use with your personal combination.
How do I clean a Piquadro backpack?
Avoid machine washing or fully immersing the backpack in water, as this may damage the materials and affect its shape. To clean a Piquadro backpack, follow these guidelines depending on the material:
- Technical or synthetic fabric: gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap on dirty areas. Avoid aggressive detergents.
- Leather parts: use only leather-specific products, applying them with a soft, dry cloth using gentle circular motions.
- Drying: let it air dry, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
How does the Piquadro Smart Tracker keychain work?
The Piquadro smart tracker keychain helps you locate keys, bags, or other personal items. Activation: connect the keychain to the dedicated app on your smartphone: Apple Find My on iPhone and Find Hub on Android. Tracking: you can view the item's location in real time or receive notifications if it is moved. Additional features: many models also allow you to make the keychain ring to find it more easily.
Where can I find the Piquadro product code?
The product code is available on the product page on the website, in the Product Details – Technical Specifications section. If you already own the item, the code is also shown on the internal fabric label and on the product tag.
What is the Piquadro Fingerprint Lock and how does it work?
The Fingerprint Lock is an electronic locking system with fingerprint recognition available on selected Piquadro products. It allows you to open the product simply by placing a registered finger on the sensor, without the need for keys or combinations.
How to use it:
You can register up to 10 fingerprints, allowing multiple authorized users to access the contents. To unlock, simply place your finger on the sensor: the system recognizes the fingerprint and unlocks the closure within seconds. In case of necessity, an emergency key is also included for manual opening.

Can I engrave my initials on a Piquadro wallet or backpack?
Yes: on suitable products you can add names, initials or dates online with laser engraving or UV colour printing, or choose a Monogram Tag or POP Tag with up to 3 initials; personalised items ship within 2 business days.
